Apart from the production and sale of our banner, and flag display-systems, we are also in a position to provide a competitive digital printing service.

Our multimedia studio will work with you to design the appropriate appearance for your company.

- How can you offer quality products at such low prices? Are there any disadvantages to this?
Easydisplay.ie is part of the Easydisplay family. Easydisplay is a manufacturer and direct sales company with an extremely slender internal structure and low fixed costs. That is why our prices are very tightly calculated, and savings are passed on to our customers. Our low prices have absolutely no influence on the quality of our products. In fact, quite the opposite: selling only high-quality banner display systems, but with the price advantage of direct manufacturer's prices.

- How can you advise me on the best product for my needs? Should I send questions in an e-mail?
Our very competent staff can provide advice on all of our products. We are pleased to answer any questions by telephone, through our Easydisplay.ie Customer Care department. This is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm number +353 (0)1 6877933. If you prefer to send an email, the best way is to complete our form, and we would be happy to answer your inquiries.
- When and how can I reach you, especially from abroad?

Please note that only product questions can be answered. For the commissioning of returns, warranty cases, etc. there are special forms that must be submitted.
- Do I have the assurance that I will be given honest and accurate advice?
Our customer-friendly and professional advice is absolutely honest and correct. Easydisplay.ie employs only qualified professionals who are working with years of professional experience.

- How much is shipping?
We deliver your order quickly from Monday to Friday. If you have more specific delivery needs please use easydisplay.ie Express
- How does the complete order flow?
Choose your desired items. Any further questions to be answered can be directed to our experienced staff at easydisplay.ie, which are more than happy to oblige. Hotline 01 6877933. Usually the best way to order is over the Internet, because this way you have the assurance that all important data has been transmitted accurately. Up to the dispatch of your order, you can correct any of the entries. You only submit your data at the last review order page after which your order is sent to easydisplay.ie
You automatically receive an e-mail with your order confirmation. In this e-mail you will find any further information about the final payment and delivery.
The invoice amount is made up of: Direct price for the product + Shipping charges Completed = (There are no hidden costs)
3. Payment methods and the resulting delivery times:
a) Bank transfer: the cheapest, quickest and easiest solution. Send the invoice amount to the following account: Easydisplay Ireland Ltd. b) Delivery: pay cash on delivery.
Customers may pay in cash for convenient delivery to the carrier or the driver of the parcel service. Easydisplay.ie offers this service for a fee of 5 euros. The delivery time for delivery is usually two to four business days.
c) Credit card: easy and convenient.
You may pay conveniently via direct debit to your credit card (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, etc.). During the ordering process enter your credit card information, and easydisplay.com transmits this data via a secure 128-bit SSL encryption. The delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. Products will only be charged for when they are shipped.
You will receive a detailed bill.
All of our products are considered and treated as important documents and are delivered via our reliable logistics partner, UPS. A note specifically for Rollup customers: All Banner and Rollup Displays at easydisplay.com are perfectly assembled and finished by experienced professionals. This means that all you have to do is simply remove the system from its case and easily build it to its standing position. However, please check that everything is correct including your printed graphic.

- What are my shipping options?
In cooperation with our logistics partner, UPS Express, Easydisplay.ie offers 2 efficient transit services:
Easydisplay.ie CLASSIC: The package will be sent promptly on weekdays during normal business hours to the desired delivery address. For specific delivery needs please use easydisplay.com EXPRESS or easydisplay.com lightning-EXPRESS.
Easydisplay.ie EXPRESS: The job is handled quickly, and in addition, you have the option of the day and time of delivery. Morning means between 09.00 am and 12.00 pm, lunch is between 12.00 pm and 17.00 pm.
- Is shipping insurance included? If not, how much is it?
The transport insurance covers all damages and loss to the goods. You will, in any case, receive an undamaged package containing complete contents of the order. Everything else is our concern.
- Can you send your packages outside of Ireland?
Easydisplay.ie ships our products to all EU member states on a daily basis. For a shipping quote in the rest of Europe, please contact our Customer Care Service Center at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Through which transport company will my package be delivered?
Easydisplay.com works mainly with UPS, whether we are sending a full banner display system, or only spare parts. For particularly large deliveries there are also specialized freight companies which we use. After the order passes through our logistics center you will receive a tracking code, where you can follow the current status of your shipments at UPS.
- Who will support me with technical matters?
Specialists from our Customer Care Department can offer advice on all technical questions. To receive a quick response, use the contact form. If necessary, there is also the possibility of speaking with a graphic artist or designer who will contact you via telephone.
- How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is 24 months for the purchased systems and starts upon delivery of the goods. The warranty covers any defects found in the manufacture of the product. Excluded from the guarantee are damages caused by natural wear, or due to improper use On graphics or banners, we can unfortunately not offer a warranty.
- How is the warranty handled?
Display systems: Within the warranty period of the product, once the legitimacy of the case is agreed, the necessary repair or replacement of the product from easydisplay.ie will be done immediately.
Since the banners and display systems, are assembled by Easydisplay staff, defects are extremely rare: All banners and display systems are scrupulously checked before shipment by experienced professional fitters and perfectly finished. If you receive a package whose content is obviously damaged, contact easydisplay.ie immediately and you will receive compensation from easydisplay.ie.
Other, smaller items: Please send your packages to easydisplay.ie by registered post. In the case of warranty easydisplay.ie will reimburse postage costs immediately to your account. Additional costs such as Express can not be refunded. Prepaid packages can not be accepted.

- Where can I view my products? Where are your offices?
Our Dublin showroom will be open soon. Until, you can still order the goods online. Upon receipt, you have 14 days in which to test you’re your products extensively. If the product is not to your satisfaction or there is a problem with your order, you will be refunded the full purchase price after the goods are returned and inspected.
- Can I come and pick up my order at one of your stores?
You can fill your order online at easydisplay.com and if you prefer, pick it up in Dublin. Once all of the items ordered are available in the desired branch, you will receive an email. Then you are also able to help if any issues are to arise. Please order your article previous to coming to our branch.
- Do you offer custom banner display systems?
Easydisplay.com has focused on direct sales of high quality banner display systems but with specialized price advantage. Production of a personal banner display system outside of the specifications outlined in our product offering is significantly more expensive.
Customers are invited to ask for quotations on non standard and if it is possible, we will always try to help you with your requirement. Minimum order quantities for special items may apply.
Should you have a complaint regarding your purchased product please fill in our Complaint Form to help us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Please answer all questions and upload at least five photos of the damaged product (Overall view and close up, if applicable damaged packaging) . Please do not sent back the item! Easydisplay will not accept any unexpected parcels. The complaint can't be processed if you haven't supplied all necessary information.
