Conditions for reimbursement of the price difference

If you find a similar product at a lower price (including fees, taxes and service charges) at any other Ireland-based provider within 24 hours after the online purchase of a product from the Easydisplay Online Store, we will reimburse you the difference.

1. Other requirements for the reimbursement

To receive a refund of the difference, the following conditions must be met:

1.1 The counter offer must meet the following criteria:

  •  It must be an absolutely identical product
  • The offer must be open to the public


    
Any additional costs due to the booking of an express shipment will not be in the comparison of the offer considered.

 

2. Exclusions

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to competitive offerings that have already received a reduction through individual vouchers or individual discounts by third parties. Telephone purchases are exempt from the Best Price Guarantee.

The guarantee applies only to products that are payable in Euro. All other means of payment, particularly by a bonus point program are not included.

In the event of a cancellation of the order the difference can’t be refunded. Should a cancellation be made after the refund has been paid, the refunded amount will be reclaimed.

 

3. Terms of the guarantee

If you have found a cheaper, identical product at another online store which meets all of the above criteria, you must send the following information by e-mail to info@easydisplay.ie within 24 hours of purchasing (the date of receipt of the order confirmation is the relevant date):

  • Subject of the e-mail: "Application for Reimbursement + order number" (eg reimbursement Y2MQBP)
  • A copy of the e-mail confirmation of the purchase of the product
  • A screenshot of the website of the Ireland-based competitor, where the same product is available at a lower price (including taxes). Note: The screenshot must represent the last step of the order process on the website of the provider (prior to entering the payment details)

The reimbursement may not exceed 150 € per order.

NOTE: No refund request will be taken over the phone. Any incomplete application will not be processed. Any applications which are not identical with the above example will not be processed.

4. Reimbursement procedures

Easydisplay will start the reimbursement process after reviewing the counter offer to the above conditions.


Under the assumption that the above conditions are met, Easydisplay will refund the difference upon receipt of full payment of the purchase price. The reviewing and reimbursement can take up to 30 working days. A confirmation email regarding the refund amount will be sent.
